This reminded me a lot of North Star Park in Davis because, like in Davis, the water here could also maybe be radioactive. Unlike Davis, however, they have little paddle boats you can rent to ride around the lake, which could be potentially really bad if the water really is radioactive. It also has a really cool pretty fountain which sprays mist out over everyone, also, bad.
We also saw some really cool street art there too.. like this:
