Echo Mountain

Today our class went on the first field trip of the year. I was quite nervous about this but I actually really enjoyed it.

We went on a five mile hike through the Sam Merrill trail near Mt. Lowe. It was a beautiful day and ended up being a lot of fun despite the heat. We looked at the historic buildings that used to exist there from the Mt. Lowe railway and then chose sites in the area to build new structures on. More to come on this later...
