This being one of them... It's a bench and reminds me a lot of one of my projects in undergrad where I created a similar thing using wood. As you sit on this bench the pieces of tubing compress and form to fit your body. So people were sitting and laying on this thing all night! I'm beginning to think of topics for my upcoming thesis project and have been considering this idea because I think it has some interesting potential and perhaps this concept could be incorporated into entire building facades. I especially like this bench because they have designed a pattern into it as well. For now, just an idea. But don't steal it!
Of course I forgot to take a picture of the piece from my professor but it looked beautiful and we all had a lot of fun. And I got his autograph for when he becomes famous!
