I've been testing out some new recipes and doing a lot of cooking while on my vacation.

This was a big moment for me because I think this is the first time that I have ever used all four burners simultaneously. I realized that I am really not a bad chef, and I should really cook for myself more often. Just hopefully I won't always dirty up this many dishes.
