I successfully landed in London on Thursday morning and took the train to Leeds to meet my friend who goes to university there. I spent two nights in Leeds (both without Internet) and took the train to Edinburgh this morning. Below is a picture of my friends' residence hall in Leeds where I stayed.
Everything in Leeds was just so cute and British and everything here is so green! Our trip from Leeds to Edinburgh was rather slow as the train broke down several times, but I was able to take a lot of pictures of the journey. Below is also a picture of a town called Berwick upon tweed. It was so beautiful. We successfully made it to Edinburgh after about a 5 hour journey and everything here is amazing so far. We passed several strip clubs but then we came upon many churches and castles which looked even more beautiful after passing so many clubs. We are spending a few more days in Edinburgh before traveling north to see Loch Ness and Isle of Skye.
Yay, I'm glad you are having fun! It is so pretty there, but probably because it's usually raining. Looks like you got some nice weather, though!
