As part of my recent graduation I have been trying to find new ways to occupy my time. The best way I have found is sitting outside the coffee shops of Davis and people watching all the weirdos. I don't know if this is just by complete coincidence or not, but on two separate occasions, on two separate days outside of two very different coffee shops I have seen a guy walk by with a collection of tropical birds. Different birds both times and may or may not be the same guy. I haven't decide yet. But here is a picture of what I saw today outside of Mishka's.
He actually has a shopping cart for his birds to ride on. He makes quite a scene wherever he goes because people are jumping out of windows to try and take pictures and some people will ask to pet the birds. The birds are very pretty but I haven't decided if this is illegal or not, so I'm staying away. But I will still take stalker pictures of course.
