First Day of Spring

Happy first day of spring everyone! You can tell its spring time in Davis because everyone has terrible allergies and is sneezing everywhere they go. My allergies are mainly caused by the horrible pear blossom trees, which have very pretty small white flowers that smell absolutely terrible.

You can't tell much by this picture that spring is here, as it rained in Davis today. But you can see the pear blossoms which are covering the roads and sidewalks everywhere. This is as close as we get to snow in Davis. If you drive really fast on a street covered in petals you can make it look like you are driving through an actual snow flurry. Without actually being cold.
